EPA’s $2 Billion Community Change Grants Program

The EPA has launched a new initiative to invest $2 billion in environmental and climate justice projects in disadvantaged communities. Funded by the Inflation Reduction Act, these grants aim to reduce pollution, boost climate resilience, and help communities address environmental challenges.

Who Can Apply?

Community-based organizations can apply, as well as partnerships with federally recognized tribes, local governments, or higher education institutions.

Application Deadline

Apply by November 21, 2024. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
